Service Description
This service is designed to analyze existing business processes, review bottlenecks, refine existing workflows, and recommend best practices. >Identify & Prioritize: We collect requirements, stakeholder feedback, and other document discovery sessions to uncover hidden inefficiencies and process gaps. Then, we prioritize the key initiatives using the MOSCOW or ranking method. >Define & Document: Detail, refine, and approve requirements, document workflows, and ensure everyone is on the same page. >Optimize Processes: Recommend improvements to existing processes, including documentation, documentation storage, and ongoing maintenance. This service is billed at a base of 35 billable hours. Additional hours incurred are billed at an hourly rate. **Payment and terms are to be discussed during the initial consultation**
Cancellation Policy
GENERAL POLICY - Note that these are general policy details. The final agreement will outline specific terms of service. - The final schedule will be approved once payment is received and initial requirements are met. - Process Optimization services are booked 10 days in advance to ensure smooth client onboarding and offboarding. You will note this when selecting your booking dates for the initial consult. - Team Planning Workshops are not eligible for payment plans. Payment is due when booking, and checkout is made via this website. - For plan-eligible services, if you select the Payment Plan option and cancel your sessions, you will not be charged for any future sessions. However, payments already made will not be refunded. - For packages paid in advance, it's recommended that you attend the entire program and do the work to get the full benefit. Per the terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds. -Service cancellations of 48 hours or less will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
