Our Strategi In these 2-hour sessions, we will: -Identify your vision: Clearly define your big-picture goals and objectives. -Assess potential challenges: Conduct a RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) review to identify potential obstacles. -Set SMART goals: Create specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. -Develop Milestones: Establish key milestones to track progress and delivery dates. -Break down tasks: Outline the specific actions and steps required to achieve your goals. -Set deadlines: Create a realistic timeline with target dates and quarterly assessment guidelines. -Identify risks: Document potential risks, vulnerabilities, and blind spots that could impact your project. Cancellation Policy
GENERAL POLICY - The final schedule will be approved once payment is received. - Team Planning Workshops are not eligible for payment plans. Payment is due when booking, and checkout is made via this website. - For plan-eligible services, if you select the Payment Plan option and cancel your sessions, you will not be charged for any future sessions. However, payments already made will not be refunded. - For packages paid in advance, I recommend attending the entire program and doing the work to get the full benefit. Per the terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds. - Cancelations or no-shows are charged an additional 20% within the 48-hour window. PLANNING WORKSHOPS - PI Workshops must be scheduled at least three weeks before the requested service date because they are very detailed. This is non-negotiable. - You are required to provide the requested information within the first week to ensure adequate planning. - Failure to provide any workshop information will result in the need to reschedule the session. Adhering to this maximizes time and effort, giving participants the best experience.
