Service Description

My planning workshops are perfect for individuals or a duo who must define a goal and bring it to life. In this 2 hour session, we will: Identify the big picture and assess for vulnerabilities (RAID review) create smart goals develop milestones build out the tasks plan the target dates, including quarterly assessment guidelines document potential risks, vulnerabilities, and blind spots that impact schedule and delivery. At the end of our session, clients will have a complete framework to begin executing against the plan or continue developing after our session is done. NOTE: The final schedule will be confirmed after booking.

Cancellation Policy

- If you select the Payment Plan option and choose to cancel your sessions, you will not be charged for any future sessions. However, payments already made will not be refunded. - For packages paid in advance - it is recommended that you attend the full program and do all of the work to get the full benefit. Refunds will not be given per the terms and conditions.
