Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and productive workshop experience for everyone, please review our booking policy: 1. Initial Consultation - The host must attend a complimentary initial consultation before booking confirmation. The consult lets us understand your group's objectives and tailor the session to maximize the 90 minutes. 2. In-Person Participation - The Mini Planning Workshop is an in-person event. All members of your group must be present for the scheduled activity. 3. Refreshments - You are welcome to bring your snacks. Alternatively, we can provide our "LightFare" options, depending on the scheduled time of your session. Please discuss this during your initial consultation. 4. Pre-Workshop Preparation -To ensure a focused and efficient workshop, each participant must complete pre-work. Pre-work consists of completing a survey and submitting requested information before the scheduled event. We will provide the pre-work details after the initial consultation and payment. 5. Scheduling and Invoicing - Following the initial consultation, we will send you a proposed schedule and the final invoice based on your group size and any add-ons. 6. Payment - Full payment is required to confirm your booking and secure the requested schedule. The invoice will outline payment details and deadlines. 7. Refunds and Cancellations - Please do not book unless you are 100% certain you and your group can attend. Once the booking is complete, we plan the venue and other details, so we do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time, subject to availability. A change or cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged an additional $100. 8. Booking Confirmation—Upon receipt of full payment, we will confirm your final schedule and send a confirmation email with all the necessary details for your Mini Planning Workshop.
